# Flows

WhatsApp Flows are forms the customer fills inside the conversation. POST /flows creates one from a flow.json string (or from a library template with library and lang); push: true sends it to Meta right away and returns its validation errors.

- PUT /flows/{flowId} edits name, categories and JSON; the JSON of a published flow is immutable at Meta.
- POST /flows/{flowId}/publish pushes the current JSON, requires zero validation errors and publishes. POST .../deprecate retires it.
- Send a flow with a message of type flow, by flowId. Responses arrive in message.received events and are listed by GET /flows/{flowId}/responses, with the customer's phone and the answers.
