OfficialWhatsApp through Meta's API

Everything we have shipped, with the date it landed.

Every capability that reaches the panel shows up here: what it does, where it lives and the day it started to exist.

We update this page with every release. The newest one is always on top.

Support

We pick the conversation back up with customers who stop replying.

A quote sent, a slot suggested, and the customer went quiet. Now the follow-up goes out on its own: up to three touches, each with its own delay and its own goal, configured per branch on the agents page.

  • A cadence of up to three touches, with intervals in hours and one goal per touch, from the first nudge to a graceful close.
  • Within the first 24 hours the agent writes the touch from the conversation; after that the approved template you picked goes out.
  • Stops the moment the customer replies, honors anyone who asked not to receive messages, and only goes out between 9am and 8pm.
Connection

We opened the official WhatsApp to your own system.

The connection we run for the panel is now a REST API and a remote MCP server for developer accounts: your numbers, every message type, templates, flows and signed webhooks, behind an API key. A monthly price per connected number, no setup fee.

  • Every route documented at /developers/docs, with an OpenAPI document generated from the same registry that serves the API.
  • Received messages, statuses, template verdicts and account notices reach your endpoint signed, with retries.
  • One URL turns the whole API into tools for Claude, Cursor and n8n agents.
Sending

We ask everything without pulling anyone out of the chat.

The questionnaire that used to take six messages back and forth now opens as a form inside WhatsApp. The customer fills it in, sends it, and the answers arrive organized, one row per person.

  • Four ready-made forms: satisfaction survey, lead capture, booking and sign-up.
  • We publish to Meta from the panel and show right away what it asked you to fix.
  • Answers are stored per form and tied to the contact who replied.

Bought it yesterday and it arrived just right, thank you!

Great to hear. Could you answer three quick questions?

Sales

We sell and get paid in the same chat.

Your products start living inside WhatsApp too: one item, a list with sections or the whole catalog. When the customer builds a cart, the purchase lands on their record with nobody typing anything.

  • We sync price, photo and description with the catalog on your Meta account.
  • The charge goes out as an order card with a pay button, the way WhatsApp designed it.
  • When the payment clears, we close that same card as paid, with no need to tell us.
  • Meta still charges for the message, straight on your own account.

Meta still charges for the message, straight on your own account. We never touch that account.
Support

We take voice calls without leaving WhatsApp.

Some things are settled by talking. The panel rings when someone calls, and you answer, decline or hang up right there. To call out, we ask the customer for permission first, which is how Meta requires it.

  • The call alert shows at the top of the panel, with the name of who is calling.
  • In the chat, the call button lights up once the customer has allowed it.
  • We keep the history with the duration and outcome of every call.

Can we call you now and sort it out in a minute?

Profile

The face of your business, and twenty ways to reply.

What the customer sees before talking to you, and what the composer can now send inside the chat.

Twenty message types

Buttons, lists, location, contact, sticker, carousel, location request, reaction and quoted reply. The same ones in the inbox and in the tester.

Profile, greeting and QR code

Photo, description, address, website and hours on the WhatsApp profile, plus a greeting message, ready-made questions and a QR code for your storefront.

Account

A panel that sums up the day.

The opening screen now shows what needs a decision, how support is doing, where contacts stalled in the funnel and how the month closed.

  • Pending decisions
  • Support status
  • Month close
Account

You take a copy of your own data.

The Your data section in Settings downloads five spreadsheets of the account and the package for one data subject. The cut-off of each file is written on the screen itself.

Billing

Charges with a reminder schedule.

Every contact's open invoices live on one screen, and the reminder goes out at the time you set.

Support

We mirrored the chats, and started following every broadcast to the end.

The inbox brought WhatsApp conversations into the panel, broadcasts gained scheduling and tracking, and monitoring started showing delivery and cost per day.

Templates with photo, button and carousel

Image, video, document, up to ten buttons, a card carousel and a limited-time offer. We show the preview exactly like WhatsApp before you send.

We flag what Meta would reject

A variable at the start of a sentence, a missing example, the wrong category: we name the problem in the form, before you spend the submission.

A broadcast you follow to the end

Each person shows whether it arrived, was read, failed and why. You can resend only the failures and export everything to a spreadsheet.

Broadcasts with a set time

Schedule for later, pause midway and resume. You define the window, and we do not send outside it, in your branch's time zone.

Polls by button

Send the broadcast with reply buttons and see the count for each one, with the list of who answered what.

Whoever asked to stop, stops

When someone turns marketing off from WhatsApp itself, we drop that person from the next broadcasts right away.

Estimate before, real cost after

We give the estimate before you send, and afterwards show what Meta actually charged, per day and per category.

The branch inbox

The number's conversations show up for whoever works that branch, with the contact's history alongside.

Training

Documents you already have became answers.

What your business has already written, as a file, joins the training alongside the records. It stopped being records versus documents and became both.

Sales

We know where each contact stopped.

The same contacts, on a board by stage of the relationship, so nobody goes cold from being forgotten.

Team

Every person on the team with their own access.

A collaborator signs in with their own email and sees only the branches you marked. The professional's commission is calculated when the appointment is completed.

Schedule

We book, reschedule, remind and cancel.

The branch calendar in Day, Week and Month views, with the free slots of each service and the professional who attends.

Connection

We connect your number in minutes.

The connection runs through Meta's Embedded Signup, with no developer and no new SIM. From there, every message that reaches the number shows up in the panel right away.

  • Embedded Signup
  • Real-time delivery
  • The Meta account is yours
Billing

Credits, with the math in the open.

You buy credit and see where it went. The message Meta charges for comes out of your own Meta account, and what we charge is on the pricing page.

Training

The question that repeats is answered once.

Your business's questions and answers, written by you, answered the same way every time.

Sending

Contacts, templates, tester and the team of agents.

The contact base, the templates Meta approves, the tester for checking a message before sending, and agents split by subject all landed together.

  • Contacts
  • Templates
  • Message tester
  • Agents by subject
Business basics

Day one: branches and what the business sells.

Branches, services, products, promotions and raffles. It is the record everything else uses to answer.

What depends on Meta, not on us.

We would rather write this here than let you find out in your second week.

Template approval

Every template goes through Meta's review, and the timing is theirs. We show the rejection reason in plain language when they answer.

Sending limit

A new account starts with a low limit of conversations per day and rises with the number's quality. Meta asks for your business verification to move past the first tier.

Voice calls

Meta enables calling per account, subject to review. Until they enable yours, the Calls screen sits ready and empty.

Catalog

The catalog is created by you in Meta's Commerce Manager and linked to your number. From there we handle the syncing.
