Terms of Use
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of zaiped, a free catalog that connects independent professionals with clients. By using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, publishing a profile or using the catalog in any way, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform.
2. Description of the service
zaiped is a catalog that lets independent professionals publish a profile and lets clients find them by category and location, reaching out directly via WhatsApp. zaiped is not a party to the relationship between professional and client, does not mediate payments and does not guarantee the hiring, quality or outcome of the services offered by professionals. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
3. Sign-up and eligibility
- You must be at least 18 and have full legal capacity to create an account.
- The information you provide must be true, accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Content published by the professional
You are solely responsible for the content you publish — including profile data, services, photos and posts — and for the accuracy of that information. By publishing, you grant zaiped a non-exclusive license to display, distribute and index that content in the catalog and on search engines, for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
When using zaiped, you agree not to:
- Violate laws, third-party rights or these terms.
- Publish false, misleading or non-original information.
- Engage in fraud, spam or harassment, or post offensive, illegal or discriminatory content.
- Collect other users' data through automated means (scraping) or attempt to bypass security mechanisms.
- Reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the operation of the platform.
6. Reviews and recommendations
Recommendations must reflect real experiences of clients you have served. Creating fake testimonials, soliciting reviews from non-clients or offering benefits in exchange for them is prohibited. Recommendations are moderated and may be removed if they violate these rules.
7. Free of charge
Using zaiped is free, with no subscriptions or commissions. Should paid features be offered in the future, their terms will be communicated in advance and will depend on your opting in.
8. Intellectual property
The brand, software, design and other elements of the platform belong to zaiped and are protected by law. The content you publish remains yours; these terms only grant zaiped the license described in section 4 to operate the catalog.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The platform is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that a professional will be hired or that a client will complete a hiring.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, zaiped is not liable for damages arising from the relationship between professionals and clients, the accuracy of published information, the quality of contracted services or platform unavailability.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. You may close your account and unpublish your profile at any time.
12. Indemnification
You agree to hold zaiped harmless and indemnify it against claims, losses or expenses arising from the content you published or from misuse of the platform.
13. Changes to the terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the update date shown at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be settled in the consumer's place of domicile, where consumer-protection law applies.
